if the litigants REALLY want to settle the dispute, there is no need of a THIRD PARTY mediator, who is totally unaware of the TRUE FACTS within the 4 walls of house. Mediation in Court is a Futile Drama.

But mediation stil provides a very gud LEVEL PLATFORM to negotiate
