Whom to complaint

Hi

There is a small lodge in pune deccan area,a person is using its office every saturday fir matrimonial bueroe

Lodge people are influential so I want anaonymous complaint

whom should I complain

It might be violating Shop & Establishment Act provisions. Please approach Municipal Corporation.

However it is not clear, what you find objectionable in it.
