Who would have legal rights to claim land property?

Hello, We have a small land, which was on the name of my grandmother and nominated to grandfather. They both are gone, now who would have legal rights to claim that land in their absence as my father has two brothers ?

Dear querist,

The property can be transferred to legal heirs of your grand mother and grand father. So the property can be transferred to your father and his 2 brothers. Get legal heirship certificate from court.
