Who will be effected in this situation?

Hello,

I have a query that if a customer wants to get an app developed from a company but the intentions of the customer is not good for the use of the app. Than if company develops the app for the customer and if customer than uses for any illegal or fraud purpose which is not known by the company. (In app there is not information about the company who developed).

Than is there any threat to the company who developed or only to the person who its operating the app?

If the company is engaged in the business of developing the apps for its customer on a business deal, then once the deal is closed, the company is not responsible if the customer is using it properly or misusing the same.

The company can insert its disclaimer policy and conditions therein in the agreement or terms and conditions.

1 . Can I ask the client to give a notaried diclaimer to the company that he would be only reponsible for any misuse.... like that before handovering the deal.
