Sandy,

The employee is entitled to PF or not depends on his basic pay details. Moreover what is your query, can you spell it out clearly

One is entiteld for P.F. Membership on the day of joining on or after 1-11-90. provided his pay was within limits e.g. 5000 between 1-10-94 to may 2001 , 3500 between 1-11-90 to September 94

From 1981 to 1991i was with a company, where my pf was deducted.   then i joined a company in 1/8/1991.  here also they had deducted and kept in the Trust maintained by the company.  in 1996 they got registered with EPF.  now when i applied for pension, epf says that my company was a member only from 1996.   my company says that it was under infancy period and did not remit the pension portion to epf.   am i to loose this around 5 yrs of my pensionable service! thanks.
