Today I stepped out of my home to buy vegetables , suddenly police reached the spot and started beating vender with stick. Is it right approach

1. Violent action of Police was unwarranted. However here only the Vendor can be the aggrieved party. Since you were not beaten up, you cannot make any FIR, on behalf of Vendor.
