Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar or Mahatma Gandhi did not want all powerful Central or State Governments controlling the economy and thus controlling the lives and choices of people. They were for decentralised economy starting from grassroots of villages. They were not aware that one day some people like Hitler will grab power in this country and insert Socialism, etc. etc. etc. in Constitution to grab and consolidate power like Hitler and poeple will keep on voting by closing their minds. They were not aware that one day people will become so much ignorant and desperate that without understanding implications, they will start indirectly demanding more power for the government and thus start aiding and abbetting corruption themselves. Now someone may ask how is this possible? Below is my explanation:
Rights under Article 21 are negative rights of citizens and negative obligation of State. At the same time NOTHING is preventing the state from following Directive Principles. Now we hear noises from people demanding Right to Food etc. etc. Nothing wrong with demanding, but how it is to be implemented is very disturbing. Implementation would mean providing enormous resources(enormous oppurtunity for more corruption) for the government: We can already see the Rice Scam that has taken place. Food grains are already rotting in government godowns. People are been supplied worst quality of foodgrains in PDS sytem. Bureacrats will always be happy to get more powers and resources for themselves. Following powers will be with government:
1) to purchase foodgrains on even more larger scale than ever before
2) store them
3) distribute them
Above 1) would mean enormous oppurtunity for fudging/manipulation of prices to fill the pockets of corrupt at the time of purchase. 2) would mean enough oppurtinity to say the x amount of foodgrain has been eaten by rats, x amount has got rotten and so on. 3) would mean x amount has been distributed even though it is sold or diverted. 4) add to these 3 the net legitimate expenses the State will have to take to do all these 3. Net meaning of these 4 is that people have given up their power to the State to control what foodgrains they eat, when they eat, how much they eat. This would also mean I will HAVE to take whatever quality of foodgrain is given to me by State. I will ONLY get the quota of wheat I am entitled in a week or a month. If quality is poor I cannot defer it to next month when I can expect better quality. If I do not want to eat more in summer, I want to eat more in winter, that is not possible, I will have to take it or not take it.
Some people may say then what is the alternate option?
Alternate option is government instead of doing all this 4 things should pay me the cost of foodgrains entitled for me directly to me. There is no need of so many intermediaries in between. That job of intermediaries can be done by the open market. I will have the power to decide to buy the quality and quantity of foodgrain from the open unregulated market as per my choice. If I want to eat less in summer, I will purchase less and save the money for winter season. Meaning of freedom is not about placing ones own choices in hands of the State. Meaning of freedom is to have ones own choices under ones own control. This method is already used in various countries by the way of money/coupons given as unemployment bonus etc. given by the State. People purchase the food from market as per their choices.

Dear Democrat Indian Citizen Friends !!
It is now more than a 60 years passed away after 26 January 1950 when the Democratic Constitution was adopted with a system of “RULE OF PEOPLE-RULE BY PEOPLE-RULE FOR PEOPLE”… But the RULE not given in the hands of people and BUREAUCRATS (both in Executive and Judiciary) and POLITICIANS (who are using it like a professional business) taken the COMMAND in their hands. The majority of people are illiterate and these diplomats (Bureaucrats & Politicians) ever try to keep them illiterate & poor so that they will be ever busy in struggle for life and never become aware of their RIGHT TO RULE. Till now every action of these diplomats is being kept far away from the people so that the people do not know what they do???
Now, the Right To Information of people is protected by the ACT existed as “RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT 2005”. But we have to exercise it properly since these diplomats will never let it be used effectively.
We are trying to establish the Branches of DR. BABASAHEB AMBEDKAR DEMOCRATIC RIGHTS FORUM at every level in every District and every Taluka (Tahsil). We are in need of a about 10 members at every level who are active with social awareness and can spare a few hours on Sunday for making correspondence drafting with all the departments of administration. We have a complete action plan as what to do? How to do?? And when to do??? Remember that it is not only a so simple matter to write simple drafts but we should have more than equal talent of diplomacy to deal with these trained diplomats.

WHO propagates for RELIGION BASED DIFFERENCE
AND
WHO propagates for CASTE BASED DIFFERENCE
AND
WHO propagates for REGIONAL DIFFERENCES
AND

Everone should make it clear in mind that neither the thousands years kingdoms of so called RAJAs/MAHARAJAs remained here nor the British Empire, before which all these so called RAJAs/MAHARAJAs surrendered and it was said that THE SUN OF BRITISH EMPIRE NEVER GO SET, that all are now became the part of History and these communal forces will also will be thrown out behind them as now the secular democratic constitution has been adopted. THE ONLY WORK REMAINED IS TO IMPLEMENT THE SAME.

His name is in FIR with Ramanand Tiwari (suspended State Information Commissioner of Greater Mumbai) and his son Dr. Vikas Ramanand Tiwari, Ashok Chavan (Dismissed Chief Minister of Maharashtra) and 9 other government officers.
(2) Another news on every news channels - Dismissed Telecommunication Minister A. Raja is arrested today by CBI in 2G Spectrum scam case.
(3) Suresh Kalmadi is dismissed from the post of Chairman of CWG Organising Committee.
Friends post here news and information of accused persons in corruption cases and give a serial number in continuation viz. (4), (5), (6)… so that a list will be available here and people can identify that who are the anti-national corrupt people.
