While rcr pending, can mcd is valid?

Dear All, First husband filed RCR U/s 9 of HMA and is pending in family court in Bangalore. After few months the wife and husband came to agreement to take divorce accordingly both filed Mutual Consent Divorce (MCD) in Hyderabad Family Court without mentioning the details of the RCR running in Bangalore court, hoping that wife files an affidavit in family court of Bangalore saying that both agreed to get divorce and etc (all the compromise terms so that that affidavit wil be used as evidence in other cases). But wife refused to file affidavit in RCR hence i tis pending till date and MCD also in pending in family court of Hyderabad. is there any violation of Law if MCD is filed while RCR is pending between wife and husbnad?
