Which marriage is valid

Since the marriage performed following rites & custom is a valid marriage, as per Hindu rites & custom the marriage performed with consent having homa, saptapadi & yagna is valid in the eyes of law.

As per your  information second marriage is valid But said man cheated to first lady. its wrong very bad.

More over, opposite party (wife side) claims dowry was given in the second marriage.

or rahi baat talak ki to aapko ek raye deta hoon (jab baal or nakun bad jate hai to baal or nakun cute jate hai na ki sarir  isi tarh jb risto m datar aati hai to darar kham karo riste nhi )

or  court bhi ek saal ka time deta jab tak ho sake to apmi wife ko mano is riste ko banae m yaar jo kuch aapne bataya hai lagta hai aapki love marrige hai or pyar s alag nhi hua jaata mere bhai
