I am working as a software engineer in a firm and also i am a working partner in a firm. Which Form i have to go while going for Income tax return filing? What will be the last date to apply for return in my case? will it be July 31 or september 30?

ITR-IV. Due date depends upon the fact whether the firm is a tax auditable.
