Hi to all i got a gift registration from my father in 2009 an extent of 6.31 acres, but when i surveyed the land i got only 6-11 acres instead of 6.31 acres, i am expecting that said land in my neibour's land, so my question is what kind of civil suit i have to file the lower court kindly advise.

Dear you should file an application before Tehsildar, to have the survey of your land and get the land demarcated from Patwari or Revenue inspector under his orderby which you will get to know that how much amount of land has been captured by which neighbour and in that case on behalf of such demarcation you can file an application before tehsildar to get the said land back in your possession.
