Hi.
1) Please can someone Guide me which body can issue a Money Lending Licence. RBI dosnt know as i have got reply from them.
So please give me perfect information and if possible contact number of the Govt body or any agent who has done it before.
2) Also let me know is when is it compulsory to take Money Lending Licence, when how much percentage of your yearly income is from interest on private loans.
