in this case a gas agency's main office is situated at palace X. .and they also supplied thr gas to another small towns.after some time that gas agency opened thr branch office at place Y which is just 30 km far away from palace X nd continue suppliied the gas from 7 yrs and after tht they hve shifted thr office to palace x.without giving any notice to there consumers.nd nor paste any notice on the wall of thr office.now can we file a consumer case on tht gas agncy.the gas agncy also issue a gass book to there consumers from placa y which is thr branch office from 7 yrs.
