Whether to get wife back after caw complaint

My wife filed false harassment CAW cell complaint with false MLC. We have a child.

If I compromise at CAW cell and take her back, what is the future risk? I have read that if previous 498a is compromised, then on next 498a, anticipatory bail is not possible for months. Will my current CAW complaint (no FIR) history cause similar problem in future 498a? Will I be jailed for months?

Can the current MLC be used in the future 498a?

She will obviously not take back her complaint to be false, the complaint will have to be taken back that we have compromised, so the MLC will remain uncontested for now?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores the potential consequences of reconciling with a wife who filed a false harassment complaint at the CAW cell. The user is concerned about future legal risks, specifically if compromising the current complaint could impact future 498a cases and the possibility of jail time or denial of anticipatory bail. The advice leans towards amicable settlement to save the marriage, but also prompts further consideration of the reasons behind the complaint and the wife's attitude.
