dear friends,
in an NDPS case involving small quanity,, the inspector who detected the crime and investigated by himself and also laid charge. whether it is admissible?, is there any rulings in this aspect from Kerala High court or supreme court, please expain.

the recovery officer cannot be the investigating officer there are judgment of sc on this issue
