whether court can release vehicle in favor of person who hold the power of attorney

Respect sir,

I filed a petition U/S 451 Cr.Pc on behalf of legal owner, after execution of power of attorney by the registered owner.

Now the court is not incline to release the vehicle to the legal owner.

is there any Judgment on it?

Why the PoA?

Because the registered owner of the seized vehicle is residents AT Andhra Pradesh and the vehicle is seized in Jharkhand, therefore registered owner executed a POA.
