Landgrabbing criminals are encouraged and motivated by the LAW AND ORDER OF THE STATE and the honorable courts in the state of Karnataka. Accused going Scot free.Ref: O.S.365/2004 & RA 117 RSA160 and O.S.341/2004 now case active in Senior Division Bangalore (Rural)at Cit Civil Court, Bangalore. Senior Citizen and Ex.Serviceman harassed and humiliated to the core, for the illegal grabbing after 21 long years of purchase by pulling out the fencing of stone-pillars and connected barbed-wire and black-mailing by constructing a katcha shed in 2004 and gradually modifying to human dwelling when the Court in 2004 said Statuesque and while the case is with the court, seeking justice. Illegal possession taking law into their own hands after 21 long years of purchase which is against the principles of natural justice. Has the Govt. of India to say on this and come to his rescue for giving justice.

May I first call upon the Apex Court of our nation to have a reign over all the courts in the country, irrespective of whether small, district-level, state-level (high-court) etc. to function in a more specialised manner of excellence towards perfection, only then can every common citizen achieve JUSTICE. The need for Specialised-personnel entry for the law-process management/administration of legal records? Case Study: EP Section Clerk/Supdt., not accepting my EP Claim of C.C.No. 827/06, which was returned since "civil cases are only enter-tained for filing EP, while the origin of my case, was a cheque bounced criminal-case under the N.I.Act." whether deliberate/or unintentional delay? Self (a senior citizen) had to run pillar to post and after six long months, tapping the chamber of the Registrar General, Madras High Court, who kindly directed to Member Secretary-Legal Aid Authority, who been kind enough to authorise the EP Section to alas process the same. Every field of profession, i.e. website www.thelawyersclubindia.com, functions to interact and receive feedback of the ground realities, for the Courts to elevate the image of eroding- Judiciary, in the publicâs eye. O.S.341/2004 suit in the Bangalore City Civil Court is case-study of the grave injustice done to a Senior-Citizen and Ex-Serviceman, who is harassed/humiliated to the core, on land-grabbing, accused taking law into their own hands.

Please try to spare some of your valued thoughts for Seafarers-Welfare, who are working and living out on the deep high seas with sacrifices and risks, keeping the world-trade alive, bringing valuable foreignexchange to the country of origin. How open are the authorities in the Office of the DGS/MMD towards Seafarerâs Welfare? Inefficiency that prevails mostly is âPolicy induced phenomenonâ. Those Seafaring candidates, appearing for written papers towards Certificate of Competency, should avail Photo copy of the answer sheets, of an examination assessed by MMD or any agency. To be convinced under âRight to Information Act 2005â, for fair and just practice, of assessment and evaluation system, considering merit. Same need to be made available at a nominal cost, within a reasonable time-frame, by the office of the Directorate General Shipping. âSeafaring candidatesâ are not to be harassed or humiliated while ashore, during their hard-earned leave period, supposedly to be with their close and near dear ones, while on land. Penalty for non-renewal of their motor driving licences, passport, CDC, etc. to be waived by officials concerned, which being for no fault of them, since they were working out on the deep seas/oceans. It is therefore their legitimate right, viewing natural justice.

Jethmalani suggested that the best method to evolve guidelines for reporting subjudice matters without infringing the rights of the accused was to seek consensus through meetings between judges, lawyers and leaders of the media.                                                                                                    Professionally, Judiciary cannot decide outright, on the framing of guidelines, for all trades, unless Judges, lawyers, Scribes and relevant other related professional's view is taken into consideration for coming into a consensus. I have attended as a technical expert in a maritime case, in the Singapore High Court, representing Crossworld Shipping. True professionals should live and unite with mutual respect, to each other's ideal. Then only 'No man is above law', The Apex Court (Supreme), can make the media aware of its limits known from their side, only after taking into due consideration of other's practical role, considering realistic situations, to prevent breach of a citizen's right to fair trial and right to life with dignity, guaranteed under Article 21. Press Council of India to tell the Media as to what should not have been written. Responsible Media writes to the masses, with exposition of the realities, seeking remedial action for the unfair and unjust practices happening, giving scope to improve, from veteran and learned reader's suggestions also from the awakening of the authorities-concerned, for all the occurring multifarious cases of varied nature, on the true merits of the case. It is the Law and Order to be taken into task, when the same is proved negligent shirking their basic responsibilities of commitment, Which results in the unnecessary piling-up of cases in the courts, consuming precious valuable time of the aggrieved citizens into dragging them to courts for several years and months together, wherein the petitioner ultimately gives up, considering uncertainty of further hardships, waste of valuable time and hard- earned further money incurring, thereby injustice is caused despite a good competent judiciary with the required modern infrastructure. Also, miscarriage of Justice, because of sustained media campaign. We cannot remove all evils all over the world. We must examine how far we can go, Should it be through a Judiciary Process or is their any other approach?

Hence the need for a watchdog for any human act. If the Law & Order was fair and just no one will reach out to the courts. The aggrieved has to further spend his time and money in reaching out to the courts for justice attending hearings, adjournments easily sought by the accused making the aggrieved give up as in runs for a period of several years and months with uncertainity as in between the judges change in the favour of the accused, who is influenced and mighty trying to amass wealth easily without investment as in the land grab case O.S.341/2004 with the City Civil Court Bangalore, Senior Division, Bangalore Rural.

Chandran Peechulli • Chandran Peechulli Peechulli. 18 April via Indiatimes Govt. Depts. and PSU's(Public Sector Units) are covering up their weaknesses hiring the media by biased reporting which is anti-national and degrading the media professional's image (serving for the good cause of the common people). Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General should view this seriously, in the national interest. Example i.e.. To: support@maritimeprofessional.com, "sbagnihotri@dgshipping.com" <dshetty@dgshipping.com>, Cc: presidentofindia@rb.nic.in, presidentofindia@nic.in Chandran Peechulli Peechulli:Responsible media is to report the facts, by fact finding (through investigative-reporting) and not remain just a mere messenger to please the parties with selfish motive, by application of cosmetics to camouflage the facts. Miscarriage of facts avoids corrective/remedial measures to improve, in society..One should not forget Media's Responsibility, to Society.I am opposed to such ways of government censors, seeking media's help...See more Chandran Peechulli Peechulli Totally condemn the biased/lopsided reporting attitude by Joseph Fonseca, similar was in the case, on INDoS reporting. Chandran Peechulli Peechulli More importantly when frank comments invited, all comments without censor not displayed by MARITIME PROFESSIONAL website, unlike other e-sites online. Why conceal? Transparency is the need of the hour. * Such reporters in the media to be taken to task. Chandran Peechulli Peechulli Reported over e-mail directly to:support@maritimeprofessional.com Judiciary can’t regulate press freedom: Jethmalani(Senior Advocate of the Apex court(Supreme Court of India) - The Times of India,timesofindia.indiatimes.com via Indiatimes
3. Chandran Peechulli • Dangerous precedent. Difference of opinion within the country. Kerala State governance with the Central Indian Govt's regulatory mechanism. Lack of asserting conviction by the mariners inducted into the Directorate General of Shipping, expresses their professional incompetence. True, The two marines, in fact, at the time of the accident were in international waters as agreed by the national maritime administration. Though, the Italian Government has decided to pay compensation to the victims, as said, perhaps to avoid a diplomatic crisis, but this can hurt the Indian seafarers, by way of bitter international relations between the countries, while calling in European ports more particularly in Italian ports. Innocent Indian seafarers will therefore fall a victim, for the internal politics of the country.Resulting which the indian seafarers get exploited being the scape-goat.Re- Follow Paolo Tho italian marines jailed by Indian Government. Right decision or dangerous precedent?
