Where to go before filing a suit in civil court.
I heard recently there has been a new thing, before filing the suite in the civil court a plaintiff may approach another Law Department for mutual agreement with Defendant to avoid an unnecessary court case which could be solved mutually. What is the department name. Please provide details. Thanks in advance.
