My case is running in caw cell. 2 meetings are complete but no reqult is appers.
My Father in Law Lives in Bhajanpura , Delhi in a rented House. He claimed around rs.30 lakhs which is Partily spending in Rokka , Ring Ceremoney and Marriage. All expenses are paid by us and marriage will taken place in my paternal village.
Now i want to know that
1. can i file a Tax Evasion Petition (TEP) against my father in law ?
2. Where to file tep against my father in law in delhi ?
3. What is the process to file tep ?
4. Any TEP Application format ?
