where to file divorce petition

I married by hindu law in ranchi(Jharkhand) , by civil law in delhi(ncr) but my home city is patna(bihar) which city i may file divorce petition?

At your home city Patna you may file your divorce petition after consulting an advocate.

My wife is a schizophrenia patient and this fact was hidden at the time of my marriage. Now she frequently abuses me physically and mentally and she even attempted to kill me once or twice during 1.5 years of our marriage. How can i prove it in the law court if i file a divorce suit?

You can prove it if you have the medical examination certificate on thhe day she tormented you.

Secondly witnesses like your maid or driver or relatives who were present at such times.
