Where to file affidavits, rejoinder,Memorandum of Arguments in Delhi High Court?

Can any one inform me where the litigants/advocates should file their affidavits, rejoinder etc in High Court of Delhi after first hearing.Whether it should be filed in Filing counter itself or it should file before the sitting  Hon'ble judges ?

Mr. Yogesh,


If your matter is alreasdy before the Court, then u have to submit the documents before the Dias only. And it is a Submission and not filling.

in delhi high court there is filing counter is there where you will file your  documents whatever affidavit rejinder file in filing counter and counter cleark will you give on diary no which you have to note in your file when you file your documents he atomatecaly add in your case file

Is it not before Dias only? as it is not filing but submission?
