Yes. You can file it in Bangalore.  You will get interim maintenance as well as litigation expenses once your application is allowed in Divorce case.

I have another issue, he has taken two loans (Car loan and Personal Loan) on my name from HDFC bank and since I am not working,  unable to make payments on a monthly basis to the bank. While I was leaving my job, he assured he would pay the EMIs, now he has missed the installments twice and the bank has send me notices due to late payments. This month again the story is being repeated is there any way I can get this sorted out during this divorce.
