when to go for reveiw

hi all,

as per my advocate and learned member's view, if both parties are admitting that marriage has not been consummated, then there is no need to subject wife for consummation test, whether marriage has been consummated or not.

learned member's gave me opinion that I can file review petition.

please suggest me upto what time, can I file review petition, before date of test, before date of report, or Can I take some time.

Regards,

Needful.

@gdk

You have not clarified that this review petition is against which order?

As I uderstand your case, you and your wife are in process of rebutting your marriage on the ground that it has not been consummated. May the wife today plead as you say, but you have to be careful tomorrow that she does not take a U-turn and retracts. If she does, it's going to be harmful for you.

Let the court do its work as per set procedure. Any intervention and repercussions thereof would be your headache.
