When to file Perjury?
during the trial of case? [ is under trial must ? ] or
after the decision of case? [ if so then under which section ie under 340 or 200 or some thing else ]
note: wife lied in sec24 and other lies also included and i want to file perjury but some one suggested me perjury under 340 is maintainble only when case is under trial................
but in one judgement i come to know that it is also filed after the trial [ sujata agarwal Delhi HC] is good citation
please suggest which is good and maintainble.........................and under which section...?
