My wife filed an interim application in HMA 24 for maintenance and she lied in her petition that she is having no source of income.But I have all the proof of her income. Now my question is can I file Perjury now as my first date of hearing is on 25th June or I need to wait until the final judgement passed >
Please adivce.

Right time to file perjury is after evidence and cross examination. Do keep all documents ready and extract the facts in cross exam with exhibition of the documents. Then based on all the data, file for perjury.

Once Section 24 application will be disposed off by the court while relying on the documents which you produced and denying her claim holding that she misled the court, then you are entitled to file perjury application before the same court.
