Our Society Om Satyam Niwas Cooperative Housing Society Limited , Borivali (W) has proceeded for Redevelopment. We have appointed the PMC and signed MOU with the builder.
Our society did not have conveyance. The builder has helped in our society getting deemed conveyance whihc is yet to be registered. The Builder says that he wants the society to sign the Developmet Agreement the day he gets the conveyance Deed registered.
The name can be transferred on Revenue record for obtaining Property Card only after conveyance.
IS THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT VALID IF IT IS SIGNED AFTER CONVEYANCE BUT BEFORE THE TITLE IS TRANSFERRED ON THE PROPERTY CARD?
