i have filed Divorce case in jan 2011. and i got RCR order in dec 2010 that was filed by her.
and its was dismissed by court.
but still in Divorce reply she says that she is ready to join company.
but i dont want is that RCR order is beneficial for divorce.
i m seperate from her more than 5 year and facing 498A also from last 5 year
any hope of divorce.people says that a boys cannot get divorce untill unless she wants.
but she is adament not ready to give divorce at any cost.
is it true that a boy cannot get divorce.
any suggestion
