Quick Summary
This discussion highlights the plight of an RO water plant owner whose business was seized due to a lack of groundwater and WALTA permissions. The owner explains that many such plants operate without these permits due to unclear government guidelines, yet their own plant was shut down. Despite a year-long legal battle in the AP High Court, the case is repeatedly adjourned, leaving the owner feeling that justice is being denied due to the prolonged delay.

Admittedly, the matter is before the High Court. Your advocate can provide the best guidance.

No opinion can be rendered for a case that is pending before court, you have to wait for the disposal of the case by high court.
