When husband hide his income

i m second wife of my husband, divorced frm previous but 498 and 125 case pending on him. now he and his family do the same with me (beatings and tortures on me and my daughters). now he hide his income. how i get maintainance frm him as i dont have enough proofs.

1. Why they are behaving with you in this way , 2. are you doing job or a house wife 3 . had they demanded any dowry from you or from your parents directly or in directly 4. had you ever called or made any police complaint of beating or torturing by your husband and in-laws ? if yes then what sort of action take place by the police , keep evidence with you . 5 .had they ever stop you to do job , market or restrict you to talk to other person , insult you or taunting about girl baby etc . 6. file domestic violence case u/s18 for protection order .
