When common people / tax payers and even Government employees are not getting proper health care from Government hospitals. Is it right and just to provide premium health care to Judges,costitutional functionaries at 5 star private hospitals in India, abroad, all at tax payers expense?

What about the MLAs/MP/s Ministers, and other VIPs. You just ask list from Health Ministries and you will see where major allocation goes.
