WhatsApp Rights

Hi Everyone. I stay in an apartment in Bangalore. My apartment has restricted the WhatsApp messaging rights to couple of members in the group only. Is it legal to do so ? I am an owner of the flat here. The reason they quoted for doing so is 1 particular owner of the flat writes lengthy messages on WhatsApp. So they removed the posting rights from rest of the members too.

I want to know if this is legal ? As I feel it's restricting the freedom of expression.

TIA

Yes, this is legal because the group may be created for an official reason and people posting unnecessary lengthy messages might hamper the sanctity of the group.

It's not a violation of the freedom of expression.

there is absolutely no violation in the group rules. nothing else apart from building concerns are spoken in the group.
