Nawab Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi was a main accused along with rest of seven in a wildlife crime, two hares along with a female black buck was hunted by the Pataudi team, FIR was lodged when I brought carcasses to Delhi zoo for identification of species and I was also booked. Now evidances are going on, inbetween two accused were died including Nawab Pataudi then what will course of action be initiated at the time of next hearing on 12-12-2011?

Dear Mr Naresh,
Criminal Case stands abated on the death of person/accused involved. However, death will not absolve any person from civil liability. In the event of death, legal representatives of deceased are to be brought on record. 90 days is the period of limitation for the same.Detailed procedure laid down in order XXII of Civil procedure code is to be followed.
The case shall proceed against the other accused's and shall not have any direct effect on the fate of the remaining accused's.

Hello,
As already informed proceedings will be abated against Nawab Patoudi & other accused,but trial will go on against other co accused but court will ask for report from the concern investigating agaency regarding death of the accused and this must come on record either through deathcertificate or through other proper channel.
