My brother has recently booked a flat in Bengaluru. The builder has not attached an drawings of the Flat with the sale agreement. Further the actual apartment layout is very different from the sample flat shown to us. Please advise is it safe to ok a sale agreement without a floor layout? Further they have informed us that they will not be attaching a floor plan of the boked flat with the sale deed at the time of registration. Is there something wrong going on. Please advice.
In future if we want to resell the property, will we face any issues without the floor plan?
