What to do?

An FIR was lodged one year ago with lots of evidence.  Commissions in other countries became involved and contacted the DGP of the state.  The SHO of the office informed the commissions the culprit would go to court because of the evidence there is very damaging.  The commissions from the countries also spoke to the officials who were informed the case investigation is finished and now going to the lower court.  Yet today only we find out the  department has found the case "false and baseless" although the huge amount of evidence and the culprit admitted to the crime.

Clearly an exchange has taken place.  What governing bodies can be complained too or is this just a lost cause marked in our record books of corruption?

Please advice anyone.

CASE CLOSED/DISPOSED OFF DUE TO LACK OF EVIDENCE -----L.E, THIS WORDING WE SEE IN SOME POLICE FILED CASES.

THE MATTER BEHIND EVERY CHILD ALSO KNOWS....

It wasn't disposed of due to lack of evidence.

The only statement is "Claim false and baseless".  Thats it.  Although there was admission from the culprit!!!!

Although DGP's direct officer told out of country govt officials the investigation has ended and it will be going to court.

Now it says differently.  Who can be complained to, who submit for re-opening investigation, et al?

It appears that the investigating agency has given Final Report u/s 173 Crpc.

If that is so then you can apply by filing Protest Petition before the Mgistrate either for direction to reinvestigate the allegations or to take cognizance of the offence u/s200 of Crpc
