I am 51, we got married 22 years back. My wife ditched me and has been leeving in her fathers house.
I have a son, I bought our house and got it registered in my wifes name.
Now she wants to divorce me and take the house. I have been staying in that house for the past 14 years.

you made mistake,,, why you register house in wife's name?
when you paid for house, then why not get it registerd in your name.

Best way is MCD, discuss some midway to end the matter amicably

Prove to the court that the house was bought by you in her name.
Show payment details made by you. (like mode of bank deposits and issue of payments)
Show the earning capacity and educational qualification of your wife.
Claim your share on the property (you are entitled to claim 50%)
Give a proposal of settlement to your wife or to court.
This way atleast you will get 50% share and with the appreciation of price you may get your entire investment back.
