What's the option for Administrators if 2 of 3 adminstrator appointed by High Court play foul with ulterior motives?

Please suggest a way out or option if 2 administrator out of 3 play foul to delay/held up distribution of assets of the deceased person with the sole intention to harm the administrator who also happens to be a legal heir of the deceased person. TIA

Quick Summary
If two out of three High Court-appointed administrators are acting with ulterior motives to delay asset distribution and harm a legal heir, the aggrieved party must approach the same court. Presenting sufficient evidence of fraudulent acts is crucial for seeking the removal of the problematic administrators and ensuring the legitimate distribution of assets according to law.

You have to approach same court for the removal of administrators upon suffcient evidance.

The aggrieved party has to approach court with suit for seeking the legitimate share in the assets to be distributed by the chosen administrator as per provisions of law.

The fraudulent acts of the 2 administrators are to be highlighted before court with documentary evidences in order to establish the claim.
