What's right to sell property

I purchased some property from the sources of my income in favour of my wife, but my wife sold entire property without my permission and without of my knowledge ....

Q. Can I challenge this deed in court? Please suggest me. Thanks

sir.. u have done on your wife.. favour and she has that right to sell the property.. ya. u can challenge in court. but we can't say that will be in who's favour

Dear querist, as she has right over the property, she sold the same. Try to fight. consult local advocate. Good Luck.

The property title holder have rights to sell. ‘title’ implies the combination of legal rights with respect to ownership, possession and charge of the property, that facilitates the holder to control or dispose off the property.
