sir/madam,
2 years before an agent said to my friend that he will provide a job to all of his family members in foreign country and on that behalf agent took some money from my friend .
till now he couldn't provide any job to any one of them nor he is returning money to him.
what can be done in this regard-
- as i think he gave money to the agent on Jalandhar, thats why case can be filled on Jalandhar only
- can this case be filed on his hometown?
- can his wife file case against that agent on her home town?
