Yes I do agree with Mr. palnitkar . She can call her husband through Public notice with the News Papers with the help n order of the court.

A legal marriage can only be dissolved by way of legal remedy ,The jurisdiction for divorce will be within jurisdiction of Indian courts wife can survillance the telephone and e-mail etc to seek the information of husband's whereabout by lodginf FIR.

I agree with you. But for filing we need legal notice and address of the husband, which the wife cannot have?
