I have won the E.P after 24 years of a Specific Performance Suit. Now today the court has ordered that "As the Supreme Court judgement this court agrees to that and disposal & dismiss of the petitioner's appeal and the court may be ordered for sale deed draft". Now I need the format or procedure for applying for that kind of sale deed ( For Direct Registration of the Court of Law).

You have to submit a draft deed and after approval of the Court, it will typed in stamp papers of required value and a court officer authorised for this purpose will come to registrar office to execute the sale deed to and in your favour on behalf of court and it will be registered on payment of required fee.
