What is the outcome of councelling

Hi, I have been gone through counseling for almost one year.In the counseling she repeatedly said I am harassing her unnecessary reason. She never accept to come back to matrimonial life nor denied to join. She always told she need time to think and not in the mood of joining. But outside of court she talk to me for settlement with huge money. I denied. Finally councelling completed and sent to court. I am not sure what's been written. Can anyone pls let me know what is the outcome of my councelling. Will it be just failed or with important discussion with she repeatedly rejected to join. I want to know this if somewhere it is been recorded that she rejected to join that will speak truth further processing
