In civil cases and even in criminal cases, wrong marking of documents can be of different kinds. But the most common wrong marking are the following two:
1. At the time of filing, the annexures/documents marked in the plaint does not match with the annexures/documents actually attached.
2. At the time of evidence, the documents are tendered. At the time of tendering, the documents are generally wrongly marked.
