Hi,
In my case, one witness said one extra statement which is not told by either the complainant or her parents who were lived with her during that time. And this witness who said new statement was living seperately from complainant live family .... I means to say that he should be hear say witness.
What is the correct legal word to describe this situation. This new statement can not be treated as Contradiction being this is only said by the witness and second version of him is there on record, similarly ommision.
Can I say that this witness is tried to "Develop the case".
