What is position of Law ?

Mr. D. Arun Kumar, Guardians and Wards Act does not speak of maintenance of a hindu legitimate child.  However, it is covered under Section 20 of Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act and now Domestic Violence Act. ddkharpudikar@indiatimes.com

1. So can Guardians Court now force "maintenance for child" to father?
2. Can Guardians Court use words like "welfare of the child" so tell court how much you want to pay for "maintanence of child" etc. "?

Sir, according to your view how to counter above "sentiments" and 'emotions" blackmail of Court ????
