I THINK THE WAGES R SIMILAR FOR STATE OF RAJASTHAN AND WHOLE OF INDIA

By that I meant Central government establishment and State of Rajasthan establishment.

With all due respect, Minimum wages do fall under legal compliance.

And secondly, Drivers are not categorised in Central list last updated on Labour ministry in May 2020. That's all i can provide you with.
