Bhai bilkul thik hai 3000 per month .. De do as u have daughter as well . Advocate will ask to file an application for revision which will let u ended somewhere around 40k for this. So leave it and pay her 3000 per month. In between find if she is working somewhere to fight the case else go for Mutual Divorce..
