What is crpc in divorce proceedings

Please can anyone let me know what is Crpc and what are the consequences of it ???

another question can my wife claim on my parental property given to her by my father's father??? 

Do wife has a right to claim on my pf's in marriage of short span???

what all a wife can claim from me as i dont have any property of my own no assests at all ????

there is no crpc in divorce proceedings.. its CPC (civil procedure code). also which city are you located in? just search "save indian family" onto google and attend local weekly meeting.

CrPC = Criminal Proceduce Code

 

Wife has no claim on property of the husband as of now.

 

Even after the proposed amendments, if accepted fully, the ancestral property would be excluded from sharing
