Hi All,
1. I got the stay order from HC in the first week of july 2010 and the show cause notice issued to the other party.
2. The other party not receiving the show cause notice intentionally and HC keep on sending the show cause notice to other party once in a month and they are also extending the stay order by four weeks every time.
3. This time the HC judge is not extending the stay order instead he is asking us to file condonement application in the lower court (because lower court asking us to appear personally) .
Can some one briefly explain what it is ? and how to file it is ?
