Respected lawyers, My wife left me since 15 months due to I slapping her during argument. .. Now she has sent DV and maintenance notice to me.... Please tell me my options? ?? I still love her but she doesn't seems to care cause for 15 months I have been trying but she is hell bound on some conditions which I cannot fulfill... So I confused to file RCR or divorce or what??? I am not that financialy good my parents are both in depression... Please help me...
