What if property divided into one late sister in all of 5 siblings any suggestions

Are 4 siblings did it without knowing of 5th late sister sons

Hello, Other siblings mutually can give 5th share to 5th sister's son. Otherwise son of 5th sister can approach court for his share in the property.
